The 2022 Beaconsfield Festival of Choirs was a challenge. The pandemic raged, and several choirs had to withdraw due to COVID outbreaks. Despite the challenges the festival went ahead on Saturday 5th March 2022.
We performed alongside 14 other choirs and we learned by ear a brand new song: Dona Nobis Pacem by Ian Assersohn. We all sang this to acknowledge the horrors that had recently begun in Ukraine.
